We purchased bangles and several other items from Dev Jewellers and had a very good experience. Navi helped us throughout and was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. I can’t recall the other girl’s name, but she was also very helpful. The quality of the jewellery and the customer service were excellent. We are now regular customers and would definitely recommend Dev Jewellers to others.

The staff is really helpful and nice! I went to the Dev jewellers to find a perfect gold ring for myself. They have lots of designs and varieties. Navi helped me to find a beautiful design which I was looking for. He assisted me in a really great way. I am really happy with my purchase.

The thing that really struck out to me was their customer service Because Navi (one of the workers) was very polite and helpful as well ad he made us feel super welcomed. I visited this store intending to browse and possibly purchase jewellery. As soon as I entered, I was immediately told that everything was "pre-order only" and that nothing was ready — before I had even asked a question or looked at any items. As a Black customer, the interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable, and it raised concerns for me about racial bias. It was especially disappointing to experience this from another person of colour. All customers deserve to be treated with respect and fairness.

Amazing service and lovely selection for us to pick from. Not just 916 but they had 925 as well. Bought these beautiful 925 anklets for my newborn babyn niece, so so happy. Thanks all!

Not recommended place. I went to their place 10 days ago and bought one ring from them and that time gold was little down after diwali. One of the staff told me gold is 183 to 186$ per gram because market was open and its is going up nd down. But at the end she charged me around 192$ per gram i didn’t notice when i bought after went home i calculated everything and went back to their place and other lady staff was there and i told her everything and she was saying not this was not price on that day or this that but not accepting the thing that i was telling them. At the end she was confused and told me give me your and i will pass your number to owner and he will explain you. Until today i didn’t get any call. I just want to tell everyone if you are buying anything from them make sure you check the price and making charges and gst and calculate it.
