First time visiting DECJUBA Werribee and I was blown away by Zdravka’s customer service! I came in looking for pants in a specific size and colour, and she went above and beyond to find them for me. She even gave me honest advice on choosing between three cap colours, and took the time to explain the difference between the lip balm, mask, and oil. Even near closing time, her energy and friendliness made me feel so welcome. Thank you, Zdravka, for making my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable!
Today I experienced the BEST customer service I have had in quite sometime! Michelle assisted me in picking an outfit for an event I have on Thursday night. I was quite overwhelmed but she was so kind, understanding and really made my whole experience so pleasant. Thank you so much Michelle!

This is the first time I’ve entered this store and been ignored. Upon entering two women doing nothing but gossiping loudly about asking another staff member to stay back late, which they didn’t agree to do and the repercussions of that being the staff member who asked then altering her future roster. Pathetic. Keep your workplace gossip private and do your job. I came in to spend money and left thinking management have hired the wrong people here.
Thankyou to the lovely ladies yesterday for assisting me with an item that wasn’t in stock on the floor. They sourced the item I was after through there online system and had it sent to me, it arrived today . Lovely shopping experience and attentive assistants.
