Cotton On Werribee

My friend and I visited this store on Friday last week and we didn’t have the best experience. Our cashier named Amelia who already had a rude attitude towards other customers, was extremely rude to us when we were purchasing our items. I had grabbed a pair of trackies without the tag that I didn’t realise and she impolitely asked me to grab the other pair of the rack with a tag on it so she could scan it. I answered with can’t you just scan the other same pair of trackies twice (because my friend was buying the same pair also) and she proceeded to give an aggressive tone saying I had to go get another pair of pants with a tag of the rack. As I come back she basically snatched it of me to scan it. My friend and I asked if we could do a split payment because we thought there was a sale (but two get one 50% off) because it’s directly on top of the rack of pants. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and say no that’s for the t-shirts. Her tone became more aggressive as we asked to pay separately after we found out there was no sale. We had asked politely and she again rolled her eyes and proceeded to snatch the items to scan it. Overall wasn’t a great experience.

We visited the store at 3.40pm Saturday 06/09. The lady at the payment counter was talking extremely rude. She didn’t greet us and asked straight away if we wanted a bag to which I said yes please and she scanned and started packing the items. I had to ask her the price of the bag to find out if it was to be paid for and she said $.20. Ok, no problem but I think as a customer we should be told this print so we can make a choice. She then started talking to her collague who had just finished serving the customer. Whilst this is happening she had already got my receipt which she is holding in one hand and continued talking, making plans for the next day while me and girls are waiting and this continues for almost 10 mins. All this time, she did not look at us or acknowledged our presence. Once she fished her entire conversation she looked at us and all 3 of us where looking at her right on her face totally gobsmacked her ignorance in customer service . A quick 2 min transaction turned into at least 15 mins affair only because some people have No customer service skills. When she finally handed the bag, I made a remark that we have been patiently waiting for you to finish the conversation, her reply was "that’s ok" what !! Really?? No aplogies.. nothing !! Time is money please use it wisely if not for yourself at least for the business who has hired you and is paying your bills

The customer service was really good!! I didn’t catch the ladies name but a worker with double nose rings was so lovely and sweet to me, she was extremely helpful and attentive! Definitely go here for good clothes and awesome service 🙂

Absolutely pathetic customer service at Werribee Plaza Cotton On. Staff is lazy, may be because it’s under staffed. Today I went to pick up an item which I reserved earlier. I spoke to 2 staff members but they couldn’t care less. Not good at all for a business where customer service is vital.

So I brought a two in one phone cable and I had it in and accidentally dropped my phone. now my charger is bent and they said they could do an exchange but I have to come with the box and of course I don't have the box any more so now I can't change it. $13 down the drain and I'm never come back so sore because I had many problems with that cotton on.

After shopping they provide bags, you still have to buy....that's poor service from where I see it...i mean can't u just provide plastic bags to customer After shopping. Do better please.
