Bevilles Werribee

I recently visited this store to get a permanent bracelet done, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The store assistant who attended to me was extremely unprofessional and appeared unsure of what she was doing. During the process, she was openly bickering with other staff members, which made the environment uncomfortable and awkward. She even stopped midway to take a personal phone call, and in the process, made mistakes with my bracelet. It also felt like she was in a rush to leave, as she couldn’t complete the service properly. On top of that, there was an argument among staff about who the sale should be attributed to — something that should never happen in front of customers. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and chaotic atmosphere left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure better service in the future

Absolutely amazing service at Bevilles Werribee Plaza. From the moment I walked in, Victoria made me feel so welcome. She was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Her attention to detail and patience made the whole experience a pleasure. A huge thank you also to the manager, Cecilia, who was incredibly professional and kind. She clearly leads by example the whole team seemed happy and motivated, and it created such a positive vibe in the store. Beautiful jewellery, fantastic customer service, and a team that truly goes above and beyond. Very bad customer service seen today. I went to pick my friends engagement rings with the PAPER, lady says they need to verify so my friend emails and calls them. Salesgirl tells him that they cannot give the rings and when he talked to the store manager, storemanager saif if your friend has the paper then we can give the ring 🙄. after giving me the ring there wasnt any courtesy shown, no apology for keeping me waiting or anything!!!!!

Sahar was absolutely amazing with her customer service at Bevilles Werribee Plaza. She went above and beyond to help me, was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience so easy. It’s rare to come across someone this genuinely helpful and attentive. Honestly, she made me feel really valued as a customer and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. I came to buy a ring and went home with a bracelet, a necklace and earrings too! Highly recommend seeing Sahar if you’re shopping here! Other staff were very nice and friendly too specially Vic, Jasmine and the manager Cecilia. My favourite jewellery store at Werribee plaza and the best staff 😍 10/10 highly recommend
