Duffs Jewellers

I had never shopped at Duffs Jewellers before. From the moment I walked in, Deanne greeted me with amazing customer service. She was helpful and knowledgeable while assisting me in purchasing my first gold chain. Deanne took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect chain. She made sure I was happy with the length and style, which made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you Deanne for the outstanding service. I truly appreciate the care and attention you gave me!

I have been a long time client of Duffs Geelong, having my engagement ring custom made over 40 years ago. I return with any jewelry issues. The staff are polite, friendly and professional. You are given a clear detailed description of work needed and without fail the craftsmanship is always exceptional.

I couldn’t fault my visit to Duff’s at Waurn Ponds. Deanne was really helpful and provided great suggestions to help me decide which pendant to purchase and also the colour and length of chain Very happy with my purchase today.

Recently, I purchased two watches: one for my son, who recently started his high school journey, so I needed something tough and easy to read, and a watch for myself. The sales people with whom I had contact at the Geelong West store gave me invaluable advice and showed me the watch would prove to be ideal for my son. The Casio watch, with its huge battery life, was a big hit, and he wears it all the time. The Seiko watch I purchased for myself, I absolutely love! I want to thank all the staff at Duffs Geelong West for their detailed knowledge and their friendly, caring manner. Both purchases were a lesson in great customer service. I heartily recommend Duffs for a destination if you are looking for a jewellery or watch gift, or if you are just treating yourself to something special. Many thanks!

Duffs did a great job of restringing and updating a set of pearls that have been in the family for four generations. The price was very competitive, the work was completed with timely service and excellent quality. Thank you for taking care of something so precious for me and giving it another life.

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful experience at Duffs with the most amazing young sales lady today; Imogen. Thank you for your kind service, I am very happy with my birthday necklace! 🤩 We need more people in the world like Imogen!!

It was a really good experience at Duffs Waurn Ponds. I was attended to by Carol who was lovely. She knows her craft, offered guidance & was very obliging when asked for an opinion to help me make a decision. I very happy with the service.
