I am delighted with my beautiful s-fold sheer curtains. We did all our bedrooms. The whole process from beginning to end has been so smooth. Mark Nolan measured, quoted, and arranged delivery and installation. I cannot praise him enough for his superb customer service and kindness to me. And Sam, who installed the curtains, was outstanding. What a great experience.
Don’t use Spotlight for your curtains. They made my mum pay 100% prior to install. She waited 5 months for them. Spotlight brought the curtains back 3 times, they were the wrong height every time. The last time my mum was so fed up she just said install it the way they are. The installer raised all the curtain rods. Unacceptable. People don’t pay for things until after it’s done. 100% payment before installation is an acceptable payment term. Not even sure if it conforms with Australia Consumer Law.
Today's visit is 5 🌟. My first time last week- 1 🌟 So glad I met Thalia who saved face for Spotlight, in my opinion. Thalia had a vault of knowledge regarding curtains. After mentioning how great she was, it was mentioned to me to leave a review, so she could get a certificate. Certificate ? Really. Give her a $100 meal voucher or a payrise. Companies need to reward their saviours. I spent $1000 there because of Thalia
The worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced! Happy to receive the full payment upfront but take MONTHS and MONTHS (final measure June 2025) and as at Feb 2026 it’s still not finished. They never return my phone calls, say they’ll get back to me and don’t. I’m fed up and exploring my next steps. I just want it finished and to move on with my life. NB whoever monitors this google account, don’t tell me to email, just return my calls. My wife left another voicemail this morning with the made to measure department. Crickets…
If I could give you no stars I would. Absolute shite customer service from your made-to-measure department. Happy to take our money $$$ up front but then get gaslit for months. Final measure in June and still waiting for the job to be finished. Promised call backs which never come. So mad. Would NEVER EVER recommend you to anyone. So bad 💯💯💯💯💯
Went in specifically to buy a Cricut and the staff were incredibly helpful. They made sure I knew about the current promotions so I got a great deal, and they were actually full of good ideas for projects to get me started. The team here is always friendly and informative. It is dangerous coming in though because they always seem to have a bargain I did not realize I was looking for. Honestly, I think I have started most of my new hobbies during a trip to Spotlight.
We went to this store last night and we are so happy with their customer service. There were three young girls staff age between 14-16 .They are so helpful and friendly even so busy at the time. Really appreciate with them.
