Australia Post - Upper Coomera LPO

I had a very frustrating experience with this location with trying to send off my US passport. After waiting in a line that was OUT THE DOOR, I was told I can’t pay for my passport at Aus post , I explained that I read on their website I could but I couldn’t remember the exact phrase "Aus post money order" they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and turned me away. When I got back to my car I then found the part of the website that states I can make a payment for my passport so I went back and waited again in the long line. When it was my turn to be called to the counter I showed them on my phone their website that states I can pay at Aus Post , they offered no apology for providing the incorrect info and grabbed the documentation for the Money Order. Once given to me they said I can’t pay ONLY pay with my physical card which I didn’t have (I usually use my digital card) It would have been much easier if they could have explained that to me in the first place rather than have me go back in fourth in line which caused a total of 2 hours.

I had a fantastic experience at Australia Post when getting a passport photo for my baby. The lady who assisted us was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. She made sure our baby was comfortable and at ease during the session, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her expertise and friendly approach truly stood out. Recommend their service for anyone needing passport photos, especially for little ones!

This would have to be the worst post office I have ever been to, glad it’s not my local one. Where are all the old staff that knew what they were doing? They speak down to you as if they are better than you. Avoid it all cost.

Possibly the worst post office in Australia. You never get a card on mail saying collection of parcel. You have to call them to ask if a parcel has arrived. Service is average at best. And the line out the door is a kick in the guts. This is backed up by the worst delivery drivers .. its pot luck you even get your mail delivered to the right address!

I went here to pick up cash for a Western Union transaction. Even though it is a busy center with long lines, the service is fast and efficient. I did not have to wait too long to complete my transaction. The staff were super efficient, friendly, and professional.

Price of Stamps are being raised... but the shop has more to offer, including passport photos and applications.

The staff here a rude and terrible, 3 people working and can see there is a line out the door and have but only one person operating, While the other two sit there like idoits and have chitchat, And when you get to the person to help you, they’re not helpful but rude obnoxious, And our more inclined to deny what you need then to help you, they need to fire all three of them and get new staff. They are pathetic and terrible.
