Absolutely atrocious behaviour. I came in wanting to alter my wedding ring, and the woman asked me why I didn't take it to where I had originally bought it. As if I had gotten it somewhere else. I told her I'd gotten it from here, and she told me no. So she looked through the past transactions and, wouldn't y'know, found it. After telling me it would cost over $800 to have a new ring made, I eventually decided I'd rather just be REIMBURSED for the ring and find a replacement elsewhere. My over $2,000 gold ring. After she SOLD IT FOR SCRAP without telling me that was what she was doing (no communication, no conversation, nothing), she gave me about $400 and told me to have a nice day. I left and balled my eyes out. Realistically, I should have asked where the rest of my money was, stood my ground, and made a point of how her behaviour was completely unacceptable, but there were people waiting and I was too overwhelmed to articulate my feelings. Obviously, I'll never go back, and don't worry, I've been letting people know how stingy and dodgy this place is.

The best place to get your ring resized!!! My partner and I bought in my engagement ring to be resized and to get my finger sized also, It needed to go down 6 sizes so it was a bigger job, but it was done PERFECTLY!! The ring looks amazing and you can't even tell it was resized! The staff are such lovely people and make you feel very comfortable in store ☺️ I highly recommend you go here for your jewellery needs 👍

would have given them NO stars. Regal assured me to copy my clear design and never told me information would be passed on.. made out like I was taking to jeweler that was doing work... first month I was engaged, they had it back for three weeks as 2 of my originsl diamonds (that were heirlooms provided) fell out the first day my partner gave it to me. very distressing. never never never will go back.
