I will never ever shop here again. I cannot believe the terrible customer service I received. I purchased a pair of diamond and gold huggie earrings that I had been saving up for, they were quite expensive but I assumed that they would last and be good quality so I purchased anyway. 3 weeks later the earring literally fell out of my ear in two pieces because the hinge bar had broken. Took back to get my money back as it was still under warranty. Well, good luck with that. After weeks of sending to the head office, then manufacturer, they tried to still not give me my money back, and tell me it wasn't a major fault. I insisted that I'm entitled to a refund and eventually they gave my money back. Not only was it a terrible process, but the treatment I recieved at every stage was horrific. The manager that I dealt with was incredibly rude and took every measure to try to get out of paying my money back, including writing on the returns slip that I wanted a replacement when I clearly stated I didn't. Be careful!

Went in for help with a swapping a piece of jewellery over we bought 2 months ago and Marlene (assistant manager) was rude, very direct and short tempered whenever I had questions. Horrible customer service. Pretty deflating seeing as we spent almost $600 on a necklace and just needed to swap the chain over for something longer. She made us feel like we were being a pain to her and was extremely unfriendly. Will not purchase from here again.

Great store, super helpful. Purchased a beautiful ring for my wife as an anniversary gift. They sent it off to have it rhodium plated. When it came back, they gave me another couple of hundred off. Thanks to their service, I purchased a necklace and had a pendant rhodium plated, too.

The lady that assisted us was so helpful and patient with our enquires and browsing. She made me feel not rushed. However, the second time I was assisted by an older woman and we told her our budget and she was only showing us pieces that were out of it.

Staff are hopeless went in to buy Christmas gifts ignored by both staff members thankfully the jewellery shop opposite them in the shopping centre were absolutely fabulous and very welcoming

Freindly staff and great discounts, holding the last pair of earrings on sale for me to give my gf on Valentine's Day, though it's not policy to hold items, good stuff! Gota keep the missus happy makes life easier haha

Who doesn't love a super sale. Purchased a watch for a xmas gift 1/2 price. Staff very friendly and helpful.
