Fantastic purchase experience today! I spent about an HOUR being annoyong and making up my mind for a watch purchase with a young lady who REALLY knew her stuff! Really took her time to get me the exact right piece, taking everything into account like what I do for a living and so on. I ended up with a gorgeous Seiko dive watch, just based on her expert advice. The whole team were really friendly and non rushed. So good. Will be back for engagement ring and wedding rings!

This is about the customer service. Kaylee helped me on Boxing Day, she took care with a stock chain I had matched with a nice pendant so I could swap it out for a better chain. It was a very tricky job but she stayed patient and helped me from start to finish. On one of the busiest days of the year I really appreciate it.

Bought a gold bracelet for a birthday present valued over $300. The very first time she went to use it,the latch was stuck.Took it back and was told it would have to be sent a away for repair and would take about 4-6 weeks. Bloody not good enough.

Megan was really helpful today. Went to four other jewellers before walking in and was able to find exactly what I wanted and received excellent service with a great deal. Brought in my own pendant to get a necklace to suit it, I was offered a few options to try and given great advice on how it was fitting. Thankyou 😍
