Five stars for me! I have been buying my jewellery at the Gallerie Kotara for many years . The jewellery is very unique and very well made. You will find a piece of jewellery at this store that nobody else will have. Geneane and her team are very welcoming and happy to see you checking out there unique jewels 💍

Incredibly poor customer service. Came in to collect an online order, shop was completely empty yet staff member that "assisted" me acted as if I was the biggest nuisance for my simple request of picking up an online order. Before I’d even finished explaining what I was there to collect she abruptly spoke over me in the most incredibly condescending tone to the point my partner & I looked at each other in disbelief. After rummaging around the back she eventually brought out a box and plonked it on the counter not even bothering to remove the expensive Thomas Sabo I had ordered from the shipping carton. That was the end of any form of "assistance" I was offered. After working in retail when I was growing up I was shocked & couldn’t believe how disgusting this woman’s customer service (if you could call it that) was. In most professional settings behaviour like that towards customers for absolutely no reason would be faced with disciplinary action. Truly still in disbelief what I experienced. I cannot thank Geneane enough for the wonderful conversion of several rings of mine (including my engagement ring which I hadn’t worn in years) & other rings plus one from my grandmother. The transformation into 2 beautiful rings I now wear daily is creative & suitable for how I wanted to wear them. She completed the brief perfectly, a true artisan of her craft. Stunning. I was gifted some of my grandmothers jewellery and worked with Geneane to come up with some designs to repurpose the jewels. The process was seamless, Geneane was very easy to work with, she listened to all my ideas and drew up several options to choose from. We landed on using some of the opals on gold band ring and I AM IN LOVE WITH IT. Recommend Gallerie and Geneane every day of the week!
