Pandora Watergardens

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to after the amazing service I received from Maidah at Pandora. She was super patient and took the time to suggest some absolutely lovely charms that were exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience felt personalised rather than rushed. This was such a refreshing change compared to a previous bad experience I had at Pandora Highpoint. The difference in customer service was honestly night and day. Truly excellent customer service and a credit to both Maidah and Pandora Watergardens 👏

I went to the store with a broken bracelet and got me by the manager who dismissed me in the first 10 seconds saying that the bracelet is old and they don’t do fixes not exchanges nor can help ! And asked me to go fix it somewhere else which I thought was extremely rude and unprofessional. Tried calling their customer care for 2 full days they never picked up . What type of after care service is this ? !!

Went in yesterday to exchange a charm and wax served by Christina - she was so lovely and had great customer service!! She assisted me with no troubles and found exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner. There was another girl working (I think her name was Emily) who was serving another customer and from what I overheard, he was also an amazing employee with great customer service! Highly recommended this Pandora!!

Just went in to the Watergardens store to buy my daughter a bracelet for Christmas.The customer service was discusting. The only thing the lady was interested in doing was hurrying to get the bracelet out of the draw and getting me to tap my card. They have a buy 2 bracelets get one free offer. The bracelet I was buying was $329 so as she was pulling the bracelet out of the draw I asked is there any better price she could do if I just buy the one bracelet. I got a short sharp no then went on to ask me if I wanted it gift wrapt. Didn't tell me to get it with the box and put in a Pandora bag was their gift wrap and it was another $10. It's not the money it was being made feel like a object and to hurry up and just get me out of the way so she could serve the next person. Out right rude. Your certainly not winning any return customers with that attitude towards people . Merry Christmas to ..

Anisa was amazing. I made a point to come back and make my purchase when she was working. The customer service and care she showed me, when I was window shopping deserved the sale. Her service needs to be acknowledged.

Had the absolute worse experience trying to exchange my ring which had a stone fall out. Customer service experience was 0. The person servicing Sandy look absolutely disgusted and kept interjecting whilst I spoke insinuating I was at fault for the ring falling out. I was asked multiple times for the size of the ring. Listening skills were clearly a 0. Gave me the ring and a receipt no offer of even a clear bag for the ring nor a box. If you look that disgusted by customers maybe you should reconsider a different job. Absolutely horrendous experience today.

Been served twice from Aysel, absolute pleasure to deal with. 😍 was supposed to ask for her name today in store to leave feedback but thanks to the receipt she sent through to me with her name on there as my salesperson she is the reason why I came back again to purchase again. Need more service like hers. Aysel you are amazing
