Hoskings Jewellers

My partner & Myself went to Hoskings Jewellery Shop at Watergardens yesterday to get one of the men’s watches that we bought 3 months ago. The battery died, so whilst it’s still under the 2 years manufacturers warranty, we asked one of the staff to help us send it to be repaired & fixed. We were served by Charmaine, she was so lovely, professional, friendly & very helpful. I definitely rate her service with 10 stars 🌟 rating. I also was able to order one of Swarovski Bling bracelets that I lost somewhere, & I wanted it replaced as it matched the lovely bling necklace that I also bought over a year ago. I definitely recommend this shop to all my friends & family who wants to buy some jewellery or watches! 😊

My partner and I recently purchased an engagement ring from your Watergardens store, Vic. We were served by Jan during on initial decision and then when we picked up the correct size. Jan was just so lovely to deal with. She wasn't sales assistant in your face pushy (which would have turned us away!). She was just the perfect person to help us. She provided advice on the diamond, but in a very friendly manner. I was so grateful that we experienced Jan's service during our exciting time..I couldn't have asked for anyone better...thanks so much Jan..

I would like to pass on a compliment to the incredible customer service i received from Jan at your watergardens store . She helped after i received poor customer service at a nearby jewellery shop . From the moment i walked in i received nothing but amazing customer service helping me with my son’s broken necklace from his 21st . She fixed his necklace and was so caring and understanding - wonderful customer service at this store . Please keep Jan forever and very big thank you from my son who loves his chain - it was a very precious birthday gift he cherishes .Highly Recommended

There are plenty of jewellery stores around Watergardens but Hosking Jewellery really stood out. Their range is classy and simple, not overwhelming, which made choosing so much easier. What truly made the difference was Lilly. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful--not just trying to make a sale. She listened, guided me to the perfect anniversary gift, and made the whole experience a pleasure. I left feeling confident, happy, and grateful for her exceptional service.

I bought jewellery from Watergardens store for new years. I really have a good experience whenever I bought something from here. I would like to mention specially Nelly for an exceptional customer service. She is just amazing with everything from customer service to recommending jewellery.

If I could give a 0 I would. If you are not sure of an item u are buying then this is not the store to go to. Went back within 14days as specified on receipt and we got the 3rd degree for asking for a refunds. The ladies made it difficult to get refund. Will never shop here again.
