WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! GO TO WG STORE IF YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND HUMILIATED. been shopping in the store for quite long and past couple of visits staff has been extremely rude and unwilling to help. Came to grab a ring, one size didn’t fit tried another one which did fit but seemed to be different article as band was thicker, the staff kept insisting it’s same when you literally can see it’s not. I did request her to have a look atleast a couple times to which she responded they don’t have anything else, I can have a look myself or go to "Moorabbin". I left, decided I will try online instead. Called in to another store "Epping" lovely staff who did agreed that it’s two different articles. Called the WG store again and requested them to check if they can, they did and they did had it "what was all the attitude from the staff just to be proven wrong, unhelpful, disrespectful, rude at the end". Looks like they don’t want any customers in the store. "Again while paying the lady started giving attitude I don’t have account with them just to waste my time" like it’s a swiss bank account I should be proud of.

I came today to have a look at the store as I wanted some new jewellery. I didn’t catch the girls name but she had absolutely fantastic customer service. She was patient with me as I had a look at my options and gave me some really great advice. Will definitely be coming back!

Nice jewellery place with a bougie vibe yet prices are reasonable. No bling though. Mainly stainless steel and gold plated jewellery. Staff look elegant and are friendly

I had a very disappointing experience here. Most of the staff were friendly, except for one employee who was extremely rude. She spoke very loudly as if trying to kick us away. She was wearing a dark plum lipstick, and I will come back to find out her name. I wanted to purchase a necklace and asked to try it on to check the fit. Another staff member kindly assisted me, but this employee interrupted and insisted that it was "not hygienic." Meanwhile, I saw other customers freely trying on items without any issue. Even when another staff member help me to try, she still raised her voice and said no. Her behavior made me feel unwelcome, as if she didn’t want us to shop there at all. Very rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory.

I ordered an engraved necklace from this place on the 30th of september, i have yet to receive my order after almost two months and then when i have tried to call they have not answered and constantly fail to respond to my voicemails. This necklace was quite expensive, i am extremely disappointed and will most likely never be shopping here ever again!

Very disappointing experience. I walked in wearing my school uniform with my backpack, just to have a quick look around, and was told to leave my bag at the front. I hadn’t even touched anything. If this is really about preventing shoplifting, then why aren’t people with crossbody bags asked to do the same? Singling out students feels unfair and disrespectful. Even luxury brands that sell items worth thousands don’t treat their customers this way — yet this small jewellery shop assumes the worst of people the second they walk in. And with security scanner gates already at the entrance, I can’t help but wonder if those are just for show. What happens when the shop gets busier after school? Will every single student be told to dump their bags at the counter? That’s unrealistic and unprofessional. This store has no respect for customers and no understanding of basic professionalism. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others. Students and young people especially — be prepared to be treated like criminals the moment you walk in.
