Ordered and shipped quickly. I thought it wouldn’t arrive in time as a birthday gift since I ordered quite late, but it did. It was securely and neatly packaged. And they have good communication. Mostly, the product we purchased is genuine and indeed brand new

Order arrived on 5th day of 5 business day promise. Package was opened as sticky tape has been pulled which was a surprise as an expensive item. 2 days went by without comms so had to follow up. Price good, product is amazing and customer service agent was polite.

Purchased a beautiful watch for our son for his university graduation. We ordered it on line and received it quickly and in perfect condition. We then went to the store in Doncaster and a lovely lady adjusted the watch band to fit. Great service all round.
