Outstanding service! Had almost given up on getting a solid silver hand crafted necklace with 2 breaks repaired for my son's wedding. The necklace was assessed and examined on the spot. It was repaired and cleaned on the day for a very reasonable price. I'm thrilled to bits that I will be able to wear it on my son's wedding day and am already planning to have other jewellery repaired here.

Great little jeweller right in the middle of Sunbury. Rachel and Aby are nice to deal with and do great unique work. Picked up an engagement ring and couldn’t be happier with it!

A+++ service. I couldn't recommend The Studio enough. I needed a chain removed from my necklace along with some small changes. Shout out to Rachael who was very kind and easy to work with. Will definitely go back for any other jewellery services I need.

We were struggling to find a jeweller who would substantially resize my engagement ring for my impossibly tiny fingers. We were quoted +$4000 by melbourne jewellers who claimed the only way was to completely remake the ring. At that price point, it was slightly cheaper just to buy a new ring :/ !!! In a last ditch effort to salvage the ring, we went to Rachel and thank god we did. $80 for a resize, done in 2 days and 4 months later the ring is still going strong! No loss of stones like the other jewellers claimed. I couldnt recommend Rachel and her business higher; she was a literal ring saver! We'll definitely be going back to her for our wedding rings 🙂 Thank you, Rachel!

I trusted Rachael not once but twice with my jewellery. I'm so so sorry I did. Take your jewellery to someone who will hold themselves accountable if anything happens to it because Rachael will not. Rachael ruined my 7 rings resizing them. She seemed very confident when I took them into her and I didn't think I had anything to be concerned about. I picked my rings up over a month later (yes she had well over a month to resize them) and took them home. They were finished roughly, all were incorrect sizes and the bands were out of shape. It's taken me months to write this as I don't like leaving negative reviews but I'm still beyond upset. I contacted Rachael on Facebook approximately 2 months later (I really don't like confronation and upsetting anyone). She agreed she had done a poor job resizing them, she offered to fix her mess but they came back no better. The sizes are still incorrect, one ring now too large to wear and the bands are out of shape and uneven. She blocked me on Facebook, there was no refund, just verbal abuse that I was incorrect and basically wrong. Find a jeweller that will love and cherish your jewellery as much as you do. Yes I got a second opinion from another jewellery who was absolutely shocked at what I received back.
