Thanks to Michelle for both her professional & personal touch we loved the experience from the moment we stepped into the Subiaco T&G Jewellery store. Was truly an amazing time, Michelle‘s meticulous attention to detail from knowing her craft coupled with her gracious people skills;, made choosing our beautiful rings a breeze, stress free and actually a lot of fun! We absolutely adore our 3x rings which we customised together as well and we have recommended Michelle & T&G Subiaco to all our family & friends. Definitely no regrets. Love their work !!

The signet family crest ring made for me by the from Suby shop is exactly what I wanted. The finish is clean and refined without being overly polished. It feels weighty in a good way, like something that will last decades. The staff explained the long-term wear of platinum, which gave me confidence in the choice and Michelle made me feel very comfortable all through the process of choosing the right metal.

We got our wedding bands here and I have to say, best decision ever. The fit is super comfortable and feels like it was made just for us. The team didn’t rush us or try to upsell anything, they just helped us find what really suited us. The quality is amazing and knowing they do lifetime polishing and resizing just makes it even better. It’s rare to find service and honesty like this now.

My wedding band of less than two years from Temple & Grace has had diamonds fall out three times. Repairs take over a month and it is left to the customer to contact the store to request an update as to the progress and location of the ring. For a premium brand and price, I am seriously concerned over the quality of my wedding band and would not recommend this brand to anybody. I have never experienced any of my jewellery being so weak and pathetic.

Temple & Grace was the first and only jewellers my partner and I walked into for our engagement and wedding rings. I was so confident with their experience, knowledge and service that I didn't have to look anywhere else. Michelle and Bianca were incredible in designing our custom engagement ring and wedding bands. They both have a knack for bringing ideas to life and prioritised what we wanted from the get-go. *** ZERO STARS *** 3 MONTHS OF FAILURES AND BROKEN PROMISES. I ordered a tanzanite ring on August 29th for a Boxing Day birthday. Arrived with a damaged centre stone in late September. Temple and Grace had three months to fix it! Despite repeated assurances—including a "guaranteed" Dec 24th pickup—they called an hour before closing to say it’s delayed again. Suggesting I gift a "temporary" ring is insulting. Total lack of accountability, unprofessional, incompetent, and ruined a special occasion.
