I got this necklace and when I was leaving in my car the chain immediately broke and I'm returning it for a new one so I don't think my first time at wallace bishop was the best at all. And the necklace was my birthday present now its a broken chain with a pendant. 😐👎
Ian was spectacular! He was able to resize the wristband on my prestige watch when other watch makers couldn’t. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down to earth watch expert!
