Amazing service. Quick turnaround, same day ring resizing. Quoted a great price, cheaper than other places I went too. Was willing to by my scrap gold & silver, cash in hand. Walked out the with a ring that fits perfectly! & extra money I didn’t have before going into his shop. Best experience. (Ring on the ring finger)
Had my ring resized here, the boys were so lovely and helpful and were able to do well priced, same day resizing. My ring looks and feels absolutely perfect now. Beautiful selection of jewellery too! Would 10/10 recommend!
This is the second time I have been to Southport Jewellers. Today I had an antique bracelet with a padlock that was not working correctly. Ali examines your jewellery on the spot and fixes it quickly without leaving it somewhere for a week or so. Today it took him only 10 mins to fix a small issue of which there was no charge. He is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this jeweller.
Got a sentimental gold bracelet re sized here. The guy here was honest, fast, decent priced and overall I'm really happy with the outcome. Fits perfectly. I went in with a bracelet that didn't fit and left with being able to wear it the same day. Would recommend this place. I'm going back to get a ring re designed. Thank you! I'm very happy.

I’m so grateful for their expertise. They repaired the clasp on a sentimental bracelet quickly and affordably, with a 24-hour turnaround. Other jewellers had told me it couldn’t be fixed at all, or quoted a very high price with a six-week wait.
Ali did an amazing job on my stainless steel bracelet that was falling apart. This has a sentimental value to me (from my passed away older brother) Ali listened and understood. Many other shops rejected to help but Ali made it! His service was friendly, prompt (less than 24hrs) and well priced.
