My partner bought me an engagement ring from this company. A month later 3 diamonds fell out, they sent it to Head Office to have it fixed, I got it back a month later, and it’s been two days- another diamond has fallen out again. The girls in store were helpful but I really disappointed.
I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I purchased a watch, and when I got home and opened it, it did not work at all. I immediately returned to request an exchange or a refund, but instead of helping, the staff told me they would send it back to the company for repair or replacement. It has now been over two months, the promised due date has passed, and I haven’t received a single update about my watch. This level of negligence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I strongly warn anyone considering buying from this company: do not waste your time or money here. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I am extremely disappointed with their service.
Went into the store for some assistance from another sales person, Nikki, who has now helped me several times and was told, very rudely and dismissively by an older woman (Janet?) that "She is gone." AS SHE WALKED AWAY FROM ME. Not the first time i’ve experienced rudeness from this woman either, the last time she was in store she walked away without acknowledging me to make a comment about my hair and tattoos to another one of the management team! Safe to say i’ll be taking my business back to the Pacific Fair and Runaway Bay stores! No wonder Nikki and the other nice girl left so soon after moving to Australia Fair, i wouldn’t want to be around that misery either!
To the assistant manager, Jen. Disgusting customer service. Who do you think you are… Never in my life have I experienced this type of attitude. Never coming here again
I appreciated the help the store manager gave me at finding the right length silver chain for my pendant. Nice staff, and the price was good.
