Rob the jeweller is so meticulous and has been so patient and helped find the right solution to stop several of my rings from spinning. Have been a customer since 18+ years, husband went here for our engagement and wedding rings, his mum goes here and his grandma was a client since Ian opened his doors. They can do works many are unable to. Connie and Anna always wonderful. Highly recommended especially for long term jeweller relationship if you care about after sales service.

I have not been able to wear my wedding ring because of arthritis. It is a bespoke piece and I was sure it would not be able to be resized.
