The lovely ladies at this shop made my day today. Lovely service and they untied all the knots in my necklace for me which was very sentimental to me. I cannot thank them enough and they made me leave with a big smile after being in tears explaining my situation. She undid this with the kindness of her heart. I've purchased from here a couple times. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the selection and prices are quite nice. I've had one purchase for an item that was originally retailed half price for a sale. It has expired but the staff allowed me to purchase it at the half price offer. They value customers over a profit. Happy Days. 🙂

I was served by Mel - fantastic customer service. Listened well. Showed me all my options for the price I wanted to pay. Didn't feel judged. Ended up with a beautiful ring at a very good price.
