Today, I had the chance to visit this shop, and honestly, I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere before. The lady with red hair was extremely rude and seemed like she didn’t want to serve us at all- Seems bit Racist. She was dismissive and lacked any courtesy or professionalism. It was really disappointing to be treated that way, especially when we were just looking for assistance. There was a point where I felt like walking out, but I decided to remain patient, hoping the service would improve. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I hope management takes note of this behavior and trains their staff to provide better customer care in the future
Was served by a lovely girl named crystal,she helped me find a beautiful bracelet was so helpful and fantastic service. Definitely recommend this shop.
Not very professional with their customer service they rather look you up and down I was even waiting 10 mins before I got any service to be honest I walked out and haven't been back since
Came in this afternoon to buy my best friend a present for her birthday. The girls here were SO welcoming, patient and lovely. There were two ladies that had a birthday in the same week and a lady that I believe was the assistant manager. I was having some technical difficulties with my phone I was using to pay and they were amazing. They sorted it out for me and had such amazing service. I have never laughed so much in a store. I'll definitely be back and all 3 girls are an asset to your store 🥰 thankyou so much!

Make sure you look over your choice carefully for scratches deep scratches. that is how they get out of returns. It is impossible I scratched it they packed it. Then sat in a draw for three weeks. It was way to small so went back in box and went to NOT SO Prouds Jewellers. ?
Went to proud to see if my necklace could be repaired, what a courteous polite helpful young lady I had help me. She fixed it in a flash, could not recommend highly enough. Thankyou.
