We first met Adam at Diamond House Jewellery a year ago when he fixed my partner's necklace (cheapo type from amazon) free of charge (the clasp was broken). He didn't have to as it wasn't his piece, but was willing to help. When it then came for me to buy an engagement ring for my partner, I thought a custom made ring by Diamond House would be too expensive. After one meeting with Adam and he alleviated my fears on price as well as convinced me that a custom ring would be the best way. With my partner we designed a ring, but with Adam's help, I was still able to keep things a surprise. Adam coached me through the process liked an expert and the ring he made was absolutely stunning. After initially looking at a smaller lab made diamond ring of lesser quality at Michael Hill, I was amazed that Adam was able to create such a beautiful piece at essentially the same cost. I am absolutely returning to Diamond House Jewellery for my wedding rings, including the rebuild of my grandfather's wedding ring.
