Walked in today at 2:30pm looking to spend money on a ring for myself and a bracelet and necklace for my daughters 18th birthday, three ladies working in the store, one greeted me with a very flat hello can I help you. When I asked for the ring I was after she walked in the direction not saying a word. When there was nothing in the draw that was what I was after, there was no more talking, sorry that is all I have, and walked away, I wasn;t given the chance to purchase the items that I knew I wanted. Nothing just left standing there. Interesting way of selling things. Off to Michael Hill where the staff are pleasant and helpful.

My wife and I Went shopping for a ring and X-mas gifts for each other this morning and while looking at the men's rings my wife walked away while I was still looking and I seen 2 rings I was about to buy, but the poor quality customer service from the lady behind the counter had her put the rings away as soon as my wife walked away while I was still looking. She didn't even ask if I wanted something or seen something I liked.. just assumed no so she proceeded to put the rings back.. well fool to you because I just spent 350 dollars elsewhere. Could have been spent at your shop but due to this occurring I didn't. Won't be going back.. and won't recommend..

Edit, went in today 9/12 none of the ppl in that place seem like they want to be there took them well over 5 min for one of 3 to say anything to me and even that seemed like a massive effort. All had sour faces the hole time and it was not welcoming at all. My husband went in today to buy a watch he has been looking at online He has the name and model number of the one he is after and was happy to order it if needed. He went into you guys today and asked the ladies if they had this watch showing them the name and model number of the one he was after. Both the ladies didn't want to help him at all they just told him they are all in the window outside my husband replied with so do i just go have a look they just said yep. The one he is after is 300 odd dollars now ordering online pretty sad when you can not get something in town because ppl don't what to do the job they are paid to do.

I went in today for a refund explaining my situation (DV) and the manager and young girl were lovely and gave me a refund I thank them both for the amazing customer service I received I'll be back for sure

Purchased two sets of earrings and a watch here today. Very friendly staff. Customer service A+
