Would do 0 stars if I could. Biggest mistake of my life purchasing anything from here! I spent $10,000 on a wedding set. Diamond fell out of wedding band after only 2 months of wearing and they made me pay for the replacement. Staff don’t do anything to try and be helpful and do not care and just say "there is nothing we can do" despite the large purchase I made here. They continuously threaten to void my warranty on my engagement ring if I don’t get it checked on time, even though I paid extra for warranty. Absolutely heartless scammers!
Purchased a necklace and pendent from here with 20% off the pendent the maths was wrong when they totalled up which i was overcharged not 20% off more like 13% off. Also the snake chain necklace broke within 2 months of purchase. The pendent looks like it has no diamond in the centre because its so small very deceptive when it was purchased. Overall the quality is quite poor for the price.
