Beautiful items and elegant designs. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful.

Visited Pandora (Robina on 6/12/25). The store was very busy and the two sales assistants were already busy with customers ( but ignoring customers walking around the store). It would have been nice to be acknowledged with a ‘hello’ or ‘we’ll be with you soon’ from the staff but we just got ignored. When we finally got served, we had a great experience and bought a charm bracelet.

The employees at this store urgently need to be replaced. They are very rude, look at people with disgust, and are incapable of selling to customers. I asked about the price of the earrings, and I was genuinely going to buy them; I knew they were on sale, but they told me they weren't. I repeatedly asked if they could check the system, but they didn't. They rudely said they weren't on sale. I will never go there again.

Visited multiple jewellery shops today looking for something for my Mum’s 80th. Kim was lovely. She was helpful, but not pushy, listened to what we felt was important for Mum, and showed us options that could work. We left home thinking a single piece of jewellery would do it, but came home with 2 pieces instead. Just over our planned budget, but certainly worth what we paid, and a better outcome for Mum’s birthday. Thanks to Kim for the service and genuine nature she showed today!

Went to pandora this afternoon with my mum to take a Quick Look around. As soon as we stepped inside the store the worker stopped chatting with her friends and gave me the most disgusted look and ignored us the whole time we were browsing. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable and unwelcomed in a store before. I could feel her and her friends watching us as we walked around the store and when we were leaving the store, Even my mum noticed the looks they were giving me. As someone who also works in retail i found this extremely unprofessional and rude. Learn some basic manners!!

Went on a day packed with people. Glad I ordered online and collected it at Pandora Robina. Staff are nice and quick service thanks.

Had such a lovely experience this afternoon with Bella at Pandora Robina. Bella was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with my friend and I while we tried to choose the perfect gift on a budget. Thanks Bella for being so kind and understanding!
