During boxing day sales, Ashlee greeted me with a warm smile and patiently helped me find the perfect yellow gold watch at a great deal. Her product knowledge was spot-on—she explained options clearly without any pressure, adjusted pieces for a perfect fit, and even wrapped my purchase beautifully. Her enthusiasm and care made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend. ​

I recently attended a couple of jewellery stores on a Monday at Robina, looking for a gift for my girlfriend. The one thing that has irked me since visiting the Goldmark store, was the bad customer service I received from 1 particular person. Whilst not being able to remember her name, I do know that she was a tallish blond with glasses. The thing that surprised me, was the fact that she didn’t seem to have any knowledge of jewellery in general. Things like hollow chains and solid chains and zirconia and diamonds. I can’t understand how someone with so little knowledge can work in a jewellery store. From memory, there were 2 blonds, one taller than the other. The shorter one did ask if she could be of any help, but by that stage I’d had enough of being spoken to in a rude manner, and I said no, I’m going to another store. They have now lost a customer.

Excellent customer service - the lovely young lady serving me (possibly manager or in charge for the 1/5 evening shift?) helped me with meticulously adjusting a watchband perfectly, for free, even though I didn't purchase it there, and she was then very helpful in selecting and selling us a necklace. I felt welcomed and cared for!

A huge thanks to the manager Maddi. I had an issue with a ring being repaired. After speaking with Maddi, the situation was rectified immediately. She was empathetic and carried out a high level of customer service and even followed up with a courtesy call the next day. A huge thanks Maddi, I appreciate you going above and beyond to help assist.

Very poor customer service, rude and arrogant staff member. Had bought a gold ring from their Pacific Fair store and the stones fell from the gold ring. I recently found out that their Pacific Fair store has permanently closed. A week ago went into their Robina store and explained that stone fell off from the gold ring and if they can get it fixed. Stones just don't fall off from their ring. I was told that thats not a problem if I can find out when i purchased it and bring my ring in. Went back today with purchase details and the ring, Safah served me, she was the only one in store at the time, manager was on lunch. She was very unfriendly, rude attitude, asking me questions that were not relevant were as I had explained what I was there for. Her attitude was very unwelcoming and as if she was not hearing me out. It also seemed that she did not have any knowledge what to do. I could not explain any better and had walked out the store. I was also in there to purchase another $800 ring that I had seen a week ago but with her service, I don't think I prefer to purchase anything from their Robina store. Please have better trained team members.

I wanted to look at a diamond ring at Goldmark, Robina which was on sale for $1,600. I simply wanted to look at it. The two girls in there looked no older than 20. I am 29 and was wearing $6,000 worth of CARTIER jewellery. I was asked to show ID without a reason why. As someone who worked at ANGUS & COOTE for a few years, which is the higher end of the 3 under the JPL Group, I was surprised to be asked for ID as we never did this. I assume it’s because it’s over $1,000. Or maybe it was because I had no makeup on and gym clothes. The staff didn’t tell me why and weren’t very friendly. I tap and go everything on my phone. So I often leave my purse and ID in the car. Never get asked ID at Cartier. So after I walked out of the store I then went to Michael Hill and purchased diamond earrings and a diamond solitaire necklace over $2,000. Your loss I suppose.
