The Reject Shop

Yesterday me and my family were assisted by Samuel and his customer service was absolutely amazing! He helped us find everything we needed with a big smile on his face, thank you Samuel!

Great store however Saturday before Christmas, 9pm was meant to be closing but it was shut by the time I got there at 8.30am ? Could be a one off but was disappointed as my only time to come.

Love shopping here the Staff are very helpful and prices are good. Our 2 Guard Dogs love their treats and these are great value for $8.00

All I needed was a box A simple plastic box With a closable lid What a palaver that turned into After locating the boxes that I needed, I had to filter through nearly 12 of them Nearly all of them were broken, split, cracked or had parts missing - Even two of them were full of water What a joke In my attempt to simply buy one box and leave I got covered in what I think was rainwater. I almost cut myself on pieces of sharp broken plastic. The boxes have obviously been poorly treated and not stored in a safe Manner The manager Mark was informed Finally, after finding a box that was not broken but was definitely stained from some kind of water damage. I asked if I discount was possible. A young girl on the till said, I don’t know So I paid full price and left A very poor shopping experience for such a simple task

Great place to pop in & crab some bargains. Large variety of items & very clean. The staff are happy, friendly & abliging. The only thing I don't like is there's not enough room to turn from the aisles with a mobility scooter due to inside ends of aisles having stock in the way. If the aisles only had stock at the end as wide as the shelving then it would be so much easier to manoeuvre. Most aisle aren't accessible by mobility scooter unfortunately

Usually a decent shop but the experience of having an employee tell us off for browsing in the aisle put us off. She also ran over my daughter's foot with a trolley. Being pregnant is not a licence to be mean and rude. Service with the other girls there was good but doesn't make up for ill treatment.

I’ve found a shop that sells NZ Bluebird chips cheaper than any other supermarket which is always a bonus! Usually only one cashier on the handful of times I have been there, which can be annoying when you’re in a rush and the queue starts to grow. Pricing is obviously their winning attribute with great finds for low prices. Quality is dependent on what you actually buy. Their kitchenware stuff are surprisingly great and can withstand time. I recommend for cheap shopping
