If you can pick between this store and Greenslopes, go Greenslopes. Walked in, dude behind the counter was on the phone the whole time talking about a fishing club and never acknowledged I was even there, god forbid I ask about something. The prices for some of the items are particularly egregious as well. The selection on offer is also comparatively much smaller than the Greenslopes store or even Super Retro or CEX. Instead they filled half the store with jewellery? I’d avoid and go somewhere else, feels like the people working there don’t care either way.

Don't bother entering when the girl is behind the register. Zero customer service. Zero knowledge. Hates that you're in the shop, interrupting her day of staring at the wall. Any other day, go in and get a deal on some good old games and pokemon cards. You see her there, keep walking

Really interesting little place! Lots of niche games and OG consoles as well as jewellery!? Nick was super chill and helpful we got a great deal on a ring and some earrings!

The young lady with blue hair. I think her name was Nikki, very helpful , she could see I was frustrated with looking for a game, so after she finished serving someone else she came over and helped me look for the game, even went out the back and found me the game, very polite and helpful. I’ll be back again

Absolute joke to deal with getting anything fixed. The girl in there zero customer service. Waited nearly 3 months for our items to come back and then apparently never any managers or owners available - Redbank store avoid!

Great old school games available. Basically a treasure trove. They have console games as old as Sega Master System games. Definitely worth a look.
