Cornerstone Barbers - Redbank (Under New Management)

1st time brought my son for haircut. He is on the spectrum and doesn't like anyone touching his hair. But the Barber there made him feel comfortable and gave him appropriate style for school. Friendly Staff, Friendly service and great price. Thank you.

⸻ Avoid getting your haircut from the manager at all costs. This was hands down one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The manager did not listen to a single thing I asked for and seemed more interested in being on his phone than actually providing a service. There was no consultation, no preparation, and the entire haircut was rushed through in barely 15 minutes. For that, he had the nerve to charge $40. This is not only unprofessional but shows complete disregard for customer care and basic standards in the industry. When you go to a professional, you expect attention to detail, respect for what you’re asking, and at least some level of effort. None of that happened here. If this is how the manager operates, it reflects very poorly on the entire business. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you value your time, money, and appearance.

Worst barber. One star is generous. Absolutely butchered my son's hair. Did not listen to what he asked for and cut way too much hair off so now on top of it being terribly crooked it's also too short to fix it into any style he would want to have. Now having to go somewhere else because I don't trust them to fix it in any event.

Partners haircut wasn’t great, barber did not listen to him and cut too much off the top on made his hair look rounded. Barber himself also had very potent body odour and it made my partner very uncomfortable.

Legitimately the best skin fade I’ve had in years, took all of 10 minutes. Excellent cut and service by Sam.

Entered the store at 5.10pm and asked for a fade but barber said he isnt doing anything because they close at 5.30pm. Need to update the opening hours to match the work ethic of the barber

My fiancé got his hair cut here and the barber did not listen to what he requested (just a trim of the back and sides) nor did he match the haircut to the photo that my fiancé showed him. It was much shorter than what he wanted, and the barber took too much hair off the top after my partner specifically requested to not touch the top! So unfortunately he came home with very short hair even though he had wanted to keep it mostly long. Also, the entire time, the barber was on the phone and didnt have good customer service skills at all. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a good haircut or a specific style, because they clearly do not care very much.
