Coles Redbank

Excellent experience at this store, - not crowded, plenty of the items that are out of stock at other Coles stores nearby. Great customer service from the whole team. My special thank you goes to Kadyn who was assisting me at a self checkout area. Kadyn was absolutely amazing, - his personalised approach, enthusiastic attitude, immediate availability and attention to EVERY customer are exemplary. This particular experience makes our family feel welcome and we'll be shopping regularly here.

A perfectly normal and unremarkable Coles. It would be awesome if the were blasting some Plump DJs or some such... shopping with that beats is a treat... I should charge my headset more often.

Terrible customer service from the young girl at self checkout hanging up xmas decorations with her trolley full of decorations in the way. Trying to get past with a pram and she barely even tried to move her trolley out of the way it was very frustrating especially bcs she would rather hang decorations than help a customer how ANNOYING.

Being increasingly geriatric lol i keep making simple mistakes when looking at prices. The Kettle chips weren't on sale and were 6$. Beyond my budget so I got a refund. Tapped my card and got a receipt which I've of course mislaid. This was last Thursday. As of today Monday the 6$ did not go into my account. Sadly you've got to be aware in this shop because while I acknowledge my elderly mistakes they frequently make errors in pricing and charging at checkout. I don't believe it is the fault of the cashiers.

Such contempt for its customers. Smelly, old run down seafood department. And a bakery that doesn’t bake on Saturdays. Unbelievable!!!!!! Day old bread that’s not even marked down like it is normally on other days. There needs to be some real supermarket competition in Australia. Only need to look at the variety and layout in some NZ supermarkets for some inspiration. Unfortunately without any real competition there’s no great need to improve, it’s that will do/good enough attitude. While they continue to make huge profits

Always has what is needed. However still difficult to locate the NZ and other international items.

Huge appreciation to Amail at the self checkout for helping me with zippay. He went above and beyond and is a great asset to Coles. Polite young man. Also many thanks to the lovely little mature lady that helped me with a frozen birthday cake at the bakery. She was very obliging and even went into the cold room to get one for me. Staff at this Coles are extremely helpful.
