False advertising and they don't honour their advertisements. The $20 and under rack had items that were $24.99 and even $39.99 (not just single items, a whole bunch placed incorrectly by their staff) but according to the manager she wont reduce the prices to what they are advertised and lied saying there is fine print of *conditions apply* which there was not. I will be putting a formal complaint in about the store manager as she is also incredibly rude. I returned everything I bought from there and will not be shopping there again. I feel sorry for all the staff having to work with her.

I came into this store after a long day of working. I’m a biochemist so I work long hours and busy days. So on the way home I stopped at this store to get a few dresses as it’s summer and hot now. The 2 girls in the store need attitude adjustments. They didn’t greet anyone that entered the store nor did they help anyone. They stayed at the register counter with stink faces. When I approached the counter to checkout, one just stood there no greeting most uncomfortable feeling ever like girl it’s your job not mines to greet I’m paying your salary. Just nasty attitude, smug, and shouldn’t be working at all if that’s how you’re going to carry yourself and treat others. Then I said that I wanted a bag, she didn’t even give me a bag and I had to carry my stuff out of the store in my hands. No thank you have a great day. I’m a patient person and I’m a lady so I remained calm, paid for my things and left. Ally Fashion Redbank, y’all should fire this person and hire some girls that are respectful, courtesy, and actually do their jobs. I seriously will not be buying from this location again.

False advertising have 50% sign in front of there pyjamas but only for clothes on back wall. When I ask the lady she was very rude she has no customer service needs training. Music so loud I had to yell across the store she would not come near me never going back.

My husband and I felt that the young lady working the register had poor customer service skills when we recently visited this store. She seemed like she wasn't interested in helping us exchange some clothing and made us feel like an inconvenience. We left feeling disappointed. Very nice clothes, poor customer service.

Staff are incredibly rude no one bothers to greet or help with anything prefer to stand at the counter with a snug look and on their phone. Use to love shopping here when an old manager was on she was lovely and very helpful

i received the best customer service from Letitia last night after a dress i ordered online (from a different company) didn’t work for an event i’m attending interstate. as it was very last minute, i arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing and Letitia tried her absolute hardest to find me the perfect dress in my size. unfortunately this store did not have my size however she provided me the product code so i can contact local Ally stores once u arrive interstate. Nothing was too much trouble and it was all done with a smile. i’d hire her in a heartbeat if she applied at my establishment. thank you Letitia (i hope i spelt your name correctly)

I was disappointed with this store during my recent visit. I bought a few items and once I had paid, the lady at the checkout handed me my items. I asked for a bag and she only then advised me that she had ran out of bags. Its not a big deal however it wasn't good customer service. Would have been nice if she had told me instead of waiting for me to ask and awkwardly walking out of the store with a handful of clothes.
