Target Redbank Plains

High quality toys their RC cars are good and very nice outside shopping mall

This store used to be great but unfortunately their stock levels are terrible you can’t find anything you need and when you ask the staff it states it’s in stock but it’s not. The store is a mess lift your game target I won’t be going back to this store

Most of the time items are out of stock or not on shelves despite being listed as in stock on the website, but staff are excellent and always there to help. Had a lovely worker help me out by looking in the back and finding the item I needed.

The store is filthy and changing rooms not well equipped. You will end up putting your belongings on the fifthly floor or tiny dusty shelf. Trying to find clothes was an horrific experience and i ended just leaving (spent my money elsewhere). The clothes are all randomly mix up and sizes on wrong sized hangers. (90% of everything in the shop). Avalible sizes is ridiculous too. I wont go there again... what a frustrating place to shop!.

Rude. Had the worst customer service I've had from Target staff in a long time. Called on sat night for them to save a product for us. Got in first thing Sunday morning to collect and they said they couldn't find it and were completely rude. Target has some nice collections but because of the service here at Redbank, we won't be coming back.

Beautiful collection. I just like to go and see there new addition and I like all the kids and decor collections

Extremely lacking in customer service here - had to ring the bell for service at the counter twice, plus waited a long time after doing so before anyone showed up. Other staff members like to chit chat and ignore you before offering to help. Save your time and shop elsewhere! The service at Springfield is way better than this place. Not impressed at all.
