Storage King Redbank Plains (Kruger Parade)

I used the new Storage King site on Kruger Parade. The staff are excellent in every way. Very friendly and helpful. The storage unit itself is also safe as well as easily accessible. Highly recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Jenny and her team are wonderful, and so helpful. Jenny is one of those rare people in customer service who goes above and beyond. I always found her to be friendly, approachable, compassionate and caring while also maintaining a high level of professionalism. Her communication and knowledge of the business is excellent and makes for a smooth transition to storage for newbies like me! The units are well maintained and very clean and I will definitely be back if I am ever in need of storage facilities again in the future.

I am so grateful for Instant Space Self Storage staff. They are kind, super thoughtful, understanding and absolutely amazing !! They will go out of their way to accommodate you and your needs with storage, moving and basically do the best they can to alleviate stress off your shoulders. They really go above and beyond for you. The complex is always extremely clean and use of the (freight) lift is easy to use. When I needed to store my furniture, I was surprised as to how much I was actually able to fit into the sheds. Love the staff, the reasonable prices and the fantastic service ! We needed a unit urgently and the ladies in the office sorted one for us that was big enough for our stuff. We were lucky and got a brand new unit that was just built. Lots of room and a great price. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Would recommend storing your items here if needed. Clean units also, and great options to use trolleys.

The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions I had when I was first looking at a storage shed. The prices are very fair and cheap. Would recommend:)

As soon as you arrive, professionalism. Q&A time helps alot. First time at a Storage unit, so Management had more of an idea than I. Helped the whole time. The ladies went above and beyond, not only with helping with the cartons and tape 😀, but were nice enough to make more room for me in my unit. I am speechless. Management helped me with another problem, and took it in her stride. Much respect. I haven't been anywhere else, but Big Shoes to fill. Thankyou very much 😊 T

Jenny, the Site Manager, is absolutely the best ever! Such a privilege to know someone who goes all out to be so helpful...a rare commodity nowadays! The facility is great! Very clean & spacious. Am so glad to have come across their services...highly recommended.
