Tonight’s visit genuinely made me feel welcomed. A team member in the produce section was so friendly while I was choosing grapes , he was also interacting warmly with other customers, which made the whole store feel like a community. The cashier was just as kind. Such simple, human interactions, but they really made my evening lighter. Thank you to the team 🤍

Worst Woolworths in the state. Not the complete range , heaps of expired products through out the store ,wrong prices on many items price updates not actioned or old promo tickets still on display, team so demoralized and demotivated. Produce over priced , half empty fridges , milk fridge not cold.

Very bad customer service ...at deli section they are not available to serve..at service desk they will treat you as you are a theif. If someone has bought something from other shops in the plaza they think its from woolies ..they wana charge you for that untill you show them your receipt ..

There is a terrible stench in the back with the refrigerators all the time and the egg place is always empty, only expensive eggs are available. Sorry.

Frozen produce!!!! Claims to be fresh but is frozen!!! I can’t even cut it open! Dusting quality and awful service! Why on EARTH DO YOU FREEZE YOUR PRODUCE?? Maybe stock up on time and you wouldn’t need to freeze it! It’s that Raphael man who takes charge of the produce! So unprofessional
