Was the first customer of the day. Was greeted warmly by the staff member on the sales floor, who politely offered assistance in helping me find anything. Store was clean, tidy, well organised, displays were attention-catching and the layout of the store utilised the space effectively. Bought a dress and contour kit, and the same staff member processed the sale was friendly and politely talkative while processing the sale. Products were reasonably priced for their quality. Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely go back.
Staff not welcoming despite walking past them several times. Walked in and out just based on the un -friendly atmosphere. Rather go to other stores where staff do their job.
Bought an over-priced snow globe and was extremely disappointed to discover it was protected by styrofoam, completely wasteful & unnecessary. How sad that this will never biodegrade.
Not a very big range of clothes. Staff not very welcoming. Didn't even recognise me and both just stood behind the counter chatting to each other.
Ended up placing an order online . Lady instore today didn't show much interest in customer service. Pretty disappointing really .
