I stopped in to have my watch strap clasp fixed, as it wasn’t closing properly. Steve took one look, immediately identified the issue, and fixed it on the spot, free of charge. He even took the time to show me how to fix it myself if it happens again. His friendly demeanor and outstanding customer service were truly appreciated. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Steve!
