In my experience: I just left airport and straight to Perth . I went to 3 other shops before this ...no customer service ..didnt even care what I was after. ...I came to Zamels ..I got customer service. Christmas pricing and they even gift wrapped it for me....come on I know where I will be spending money ...thanks guys Merry Christmas 🎅

I don't usually leave a review but I will here. The employees were wonderful and helpful. But I'd like to know which bull the management here came out of. I went in and asked if I can exchange a chain I bought for Valentine's Day for a longer chain. Never worn, never taken out the box. I brought it in to get it cleaned *by them* on Valentines before gifted. I was willing to pay more and the difference. The wonderful girl on the counter said it was fine and the manager's reaction was somewhat stern about a simple exchange. I thought... alright??? They called an upper management to see if they can approve the exchange and they said yes. The manager took the chain to the back and said that because I brought it in to get it cleaned BY THEM they cant exchange it. I'm sorry what? Absolutely no reason for not allowing an exchange other than the manager not wanting to lose the sale. Couldn't offer me an alternative or any help at all. Your employees are also willing to go behind your back and give me the exchange. That says a lot about your corporate attitude about the service. I agreed to just buying the longer chain if they can give it to me for the same price. They were able to give me a cheaper sale. Your employees were amazing but definetly flowers stuck in mud.

Bought a watch online from Zamels and needed the band adjusted. Staff didn't know how and suggested I try another jewellery shop or pay to have it done by a watchmaker. Not sure how they can sell items they are not able to provide common adjustments for.

Amazing service! Friendly staff who resolved my necklace issue that very afternoon.

I never leave reviews. We bought a chain and the link broke within ONE MONTH. They repaired it and then wanted to charge $45, for a $90 chain. After 2.5 months, I settled at $30 as there was no way of moving forward. STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS. I don’t blame the store personnel, they had no options given for management of this situation. You’ve just lost a customer and I’ll be sharing this experience.
