My experience with this store was extremely frustrating. Despite providing the item numbers, i was buying 3 rings I was told I would have to wait at least 12 weeks, even though the products were clearly available in-store. When I explained they were intended as a Christmas gifts, their only response was that the wait was unavoidable. I found this utterly disappointing. Come back Alison this store needs you Additionally, it was very off-putting when the woman assisting me over the phone began speaking to a colleague in another language.

Ana is the best she got my best interests to buy the ring I wasn’t supposed to shop yet but she is too nice and accomodating. I love the gold ring it’s beautiful ❤️

I went into the store on my lunch break today. One lady asked if she could help me, (she never got up from where she was bending down behind the counter) I replied "I am just looking for my 40th birthday gift ideas as I am getting vouchers for here next week" The lady then asked if I was looking for anything in particular, to which I responded, I'm not sure, something sparkly, I'm thinking a ring or bracelet, she continued to look down at what she was doing with the other sales lady and both then spoke / made comment to each other in a different language, neither of them helped me to look for anything. They continued talking to each other the whole time that was in store. I found both ladies to be rude and disinterested. I am contemplating suggesting elsewhere to my family and friends.

Beautiful jewellery that looks exactly like real diamonds. Real gold that doesn’t flake or peel. Absolutely love their jewellery. Staff are so helpful also. Highly recommend
