I always dreamed of my „perfect" engagement ring based on an old ring I saw on social media a few years ago. My partner brought me to Ross where we showed the photo. After Riss sourced the right sapphires and rubies for the stone he gave us a design. When I wanted to tweak it a bit since the ring would’ve been huge, Ross was able to quickly find a solution and now I have the most magical engagement ring that I will treasure my entire life. Thank you to Ross and his team for all the effort and time that they put into my ring and everything else they do.

Bottom line first. I had until recently no complaints with Ross and my ‘one star’ rating has nothing to do with his skill as a jeweller but his aggression towards an item I returned as it had broke I had a pendant fixed a few months ago. It came apart so I returned to Ross I was served by the lady in his shop Ross was sitting at the rear of the shop. Immediately upon hearing my ‘complaint’, in a raised voice from his desk, and without looking at the item stated in a very unfriendly tone it could not be due to him and had to be my misuse. Eventually he left his desk and looked at it pointing out the clasp was slightly bent and I must have caught it on something……..which I doubt. (The fact I had it in my jeans taking it into him may have caused the slight bend) Summary All he had to do was maintain a pleasant tone rather than his aggressive ‘it cannot be my fault’ attitude. Finally the pendant was originally made by one of his ex employees and lasted about 10 years vs a couple of months

Been going to Ross and co for years and have had all the milestones pieces made with them. Great service and selection, and very helpful when you bring back pieces for maintenance or new ideas.
