Came across this poor guy who lost his phone and keys that he had buried in the sand at port beach. Me and my partner helped him for around 30 mins but had no luck. We found Sean on goggle, he was here within 15 minutes and found the phone and keys in 15 minutes! Absolutely delighted! People clapped on the beach! 10 out of 10 for Sean and his services!! Absolutely brilliant!!

I can’t thank Sean and the Ring Rescue team enough! I lost my phone while kayaking in shallow beach waters and honestly thought it was gone forever. Sean came out quickly, was super friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He used his equipment, searched patiently, and actually managed to find my phone under the sand. Absolute lifesaver! Sean and Dave were amazing - very communicative, caring and prompt. My hubby lost his wedding ring at the beach while we were visiting interstate, leaving the next day we didnt know what to do! And then I found ring rescues. Dave went out and within 24 hours had found the ring and shipped it back to us the next day. He was an absolute delight and I can't thank him enough! Hopefully we won't be losing anything else anytime soon, but would highly recommend ring rescues.

I engaged Sean and Damian from Ring rescuers after losing my wedding band in the garden. I’d spent 3–4 days searching — even hired a metal detector — but found nothing. After roughly 30 hours combing through every inch of the garden, I honestly couldn’t imagine how anyone else would have better luck. I approached Ring Rescuers as a last-ditch effort before giving up hope and replacing the ring. I was even hesitant to spend the money, thinking it might be better put toward a new one. But I couldn’t have been more wrong. After sharing the details of how the ring was lost, Sean and Damian got to work immediately. Within an hour, Damian had located and recovered my wedding band. I was completely overwhelmed with relief and emotion. It turns out the recent heavy rain had buried the ring deep under soil and bushes — somewhere I never would’ve found it myself. Thanks to their skill, professionalism, and determination, what started as a last attempt turned into an incredible success story. I can’t thank them enough for reuniting me with something so sentimental. If you’re on the fence like I was, don’t hesitate — these guys are the real deal.

He responded immediately to my report of a lost ring at a Sydney beach—a deeply sentimental piece that belonged to my mother—and took charge of the situation from 4,200 km away. His local operator, Damien, met me in person and was incredibly calm and reassuring. Thanks to his thoroughness, patience, and perseverance, we found my mother’s ring. What started as a really stressful moment turned into something we’ll never forget- all thanks to Sean and Dougal! My husband lost his ring in an incredibly difficult spot, under water with a strong current and sharp rocks. It honestly felt impossible. But Dougal didn’t give up. He returned multiple times to check the conditions and try again whenever it was safe.
