Absolutely love this jewellery store in Perth City, right in front of Perth Underground Station! The service is always warm and welcoming, with staff who are genuinely helpful. There are so many beautiful options to choose from, and they regularly bring in new products which keeps things exciting. The pearl section is my favourite ❤️ such a stunning selection! Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality jewellery and great customer service. ✨

We went to this store on 18 Oct 25 and experienced the worst customer service ever. They do not welcome any customer whoever look for a warranty service. The whole team including the lady store manager and staffs refused to take our watch for a fixed lock and guides us to Mandurah Mazzucchelli store just because they are no longer selling that brand. We had to repeat ourself a several times that we do not have time to travel to that far which we live in Perth. Finally they accept to take and fix it for us.

I had a really nice experience at Mazzucchelli’s. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful in helping me choose my Rado Watch—they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

We spent in excess of $5k on some jewellery. After the piece was worn for 6months we noticed the Rhodium plate on the 18ct gold started to wear off. Upon going back to the shop assistant they advised their white gold needed to be re plated every 6months. If you expect more from a quality Jewellery purchase avoid this company. We have many white gold jewellery pieces that have lasted over 5 years with regular wear! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Recently, I purchased 3 beautiful Automatic Swiss Watches from Mazzucchelli's Store at Murray Street, in Perth CBD. I enjoyed my shopping experience there as the Staff were very professional and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. Especially, one of the Staff at the Store, Tommie, provided me excellent customer service and tried her very best to meet my satisfaction. Thank you very much, Tommie! I would like to visit beautiful Perth and do shopping at the Store again! Yawei

I visited Mazzucchelli’s this morning (8 july 2025) and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members. The woman who assisted me was extremely unwelcoming and rude throughout the interaction. Her demeanor felt intimidating, and she made me feel very uncomfortable with the way she looked at me and spoke to me. To add to the unpleasant experience, she brought up a past incident from the Karrinyup Mazzucchelli’s store, which was both unprofessional and unnecessary — especially considering the confusion had actually stemmed from her side. There was no smile, no courtesy, and absolutely no sense of customer care. It’s deeply disheartening to be treated this way, especially from a brand that’s known for its quality and service. It makes one wonder — should customers feel anxious or uncomfortable just walking into a store? I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate steps are taken to address the behaviour. No one should be made to feel this way while simply trying to shop.
