I went to the store right before closing time on the day before Halloween and even though there was a long line at the register, one of the staff kindly approached me. I told them my budget and the kind of costume I was looking for, and they helped me find one together. Later, I found out I had to change it to something scarier due to my workplace costume rules, and when I explained that, they were so understanding and helped me exchange it and pay the difference with such kindness. All the staff were genuinely lovely💖truly the best hospitality!

Literally had the BEST experience with this store and the team! I walked in looking for a corset and left extremely happy. They all went above and beyond for me. I even found a little stain on the dress I was wearing that night, and the lovely Nomes (not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) was amazing—she wiped it away and even fan-dried the dress! Bella and Jade were also incredible. Thank you so much, guys! ♥️

The staff were absolutely amazing and delightful to be around. Very helpful and kind, made sure everyone was comfortable and had their needs met. I definitely recommend for any fancy or dressing up occasion.

A staff member sold me a Priest costume already worn and used, the collar is browny and there are stains all around, in the meantime I was assured that was only tried, but obviously that’s not the case.I asked for a refund but the waiting time would be over 15/20 minutes and the staff member was very rude, so I decided to keep it. I reckon that the customer should be aware of the status of the item and the staff should’ve at least apologise and not be rude instead. Poor customer service, I won’t advise at all.
