Rude staff the girl that wears the Witcher lanyard ashey blond dyed hair I need to do an online exchange didn’t even want to help me out saying you have to do that all online when we check beforehand, they were able to do it all instore. Clearly can tell she still new but she didn’t have to be so rude to customers. Then she got his supervisor and they told us to go upstairs to the hub because that’s where you do the process of a return. She could’ve said all of this instead of being so rude but she did it. The other two people who served us for the return was so lovely that one staff member was so rude.

Yesterday I was served by the most lovely lady Suzana, she was so patient with me taking her all over the perfume/cosmetic section and chopping and changing my mind. She went above and beyond to go up or downstairs to see if there was a pack of perfume I wanted elsewhere, which honestly I find you hardly get good customer service these days let alone amazing like I did. Good customer service and a smile goes a long way and I would give 6 stars if I could.

I was looking for a woollen men's jacket out of season. Robert was extremely helpful. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and his service in mens wear. I always shop at Myer, and I am a member.

Being a woman "of a certain age", often when I am leaving the shop, through the cosmetic/ perfume section, I am actively ignored by assistants giving customers perfume samples on pieces of paper. That all changed today. As I was leaving, an assistant named Antoinette, I think, wished me a Happy Christmas and a Lovely Day. I was so taken aback, I stopped to thank her, tell her of my past experiences, and wish her a Happy Christmas too. Myer needs more assistants with this wonderful attitude, and she certainly needs recognition within the organisation.

after dealing with a very rude lady in the middle cologne section, the manager Amanda came to apologise for the ladies abrupt attitude, and gave my partner and I some samples, and I cannot thank Linda and sunny enough for having such a lovely aura and to be met with such big smiles was so refreshing!!! We were not going to purchase the cologne we wanted after that experience but those 3 ladies really changed our mind!! Thank you ladies for being lovely 🤎

I’m a gentleman in my 60s and I just wanted to commend Julie in the christmas decorations department who assisted me today at Myer. She mentioned she was fairly new, but you honestly wouldn’t have known it. She was polite, patient, and genuinely keen to help. It’s rare these days to find customer service delivered with such courtesy and attention. Thankyou.
