Worst ever customer service my 2 daughters aged between 9-12 years old both with autism and ADHD went into Kmart to buy a makeup box and nail polish’s while I was in the fruit market previously just visted Coles next door and spent $75 on groceries which the girls had a bag of Easter eggs with receipt, as soon as they walked into kmart the old skinny lady with glasses on the door made a negative comment about both the girls weight while laughing. as soon as they walked in which both made them feel very uncomfortable and also accused them of both of stealing the chocolate from Kmart while it’s in the coles bag!!! Not only she made my daughters basically break down from the bullying but she also both physically touch them by grabbing them super tight on the arms causing a sense embarrassing and be litting my girls once she proved they were bought from coles the chocolates she never apologised to either of them she decided to make matters worse for herself when I went back in for the girls to ask the door lady why she was so rude and her answer was infront my 2 girls were you should be buying them gym equipment instead of chocolate or make up while she had a smirk on her face i had to ask another staff member for her name and it’s SOPHIE she’s a completely rude person you can’t be a door staff bullying little girls

Poor customer service. Kids cycle they have mentioned will be ready in next week. Then after no one bother. Always blame on contractors. Is that a customer problem or Kmart management- its ongoing issues and they don't bother. Not ever call back that its not ready. We have keep going there checking its ready or not. Very poor management.

Kmart Penrith’s Christmas stock is on point this year! I’m especially loving those new cups with the back covering—such a good idea in this heat. The store’s always got what I need, and it’s super affordable too. Makes last-minute Chrissy shopping so much easier. Great job, Kmart team—keep it up!

Kmart Penrith is an excellent shopping destination with a great selection of affordable products. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need, from homewares to clothing and toys. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. It’s a convenient and reliable spot for quality shopping at great prices. Highly recommend!

Big shout out to Sienna at Kmart Penrith! Sienna provided outstanding customer service yesterday. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely caring. According to online, everything I wanted was in stock. Drove the 2hr to this store instead 2 different stores (I live very rural) and NO they don't have stock, on anything I wanted! Mind you, I can click & collect the get my things in a few hours, how does that work when there's no stock.

Staff are beyond disgraceful, management needs to be reviewed for mannerism. Appalling to see how unethical staff is, wanting to speak to the manger and the crew members laugh amongst each other over the earpiece. Security also needs to do better. Honestly so disappointed by the experience Of my shop !
