I came in today and I couldn’t tell you how amazing both the manger Eva and Chelsea were. They were just so kind and easy and absolutely a pleasure to meet. I recommend parramatta stores over all the surrounding areas because of the customer service . Thanks again girlies .

I bought my first charm bracelet with the help of Noor at Pandora Parramatta recently. Noor provided fabulous help, was very friendly and answered the many questions I had confidently. I then visited the store a couple of days later on Black Friday to buy some more items and was assisted by Vanshi, who was just as excellent and was so patient and kind as I made decisions despite it clearly being a very busy day and so late at night when I made my purchase.
