Shannon was absolutely amazing - she fixed my Seiko watch which happened to be adjusted incorrectly at a separate boutique. Would 100% recommend.

The store manager May, from memory, was very rude, pushy and full of lies. When I had initially purchase a couple of diamond pieces, she seemed helpful, friendly and very smiley. Made several empty promises that I was not happy about when it came to my orders. Not once did she apologise nor did she give me a courtesy call. Beware, they will lie about lead times, take your money and forget you just like that. Then lie to your face and treat you like crap when you try confront them about it. Will not buy from them again. Such a shame as this was my local store and have dealt with other lovely sales people here and would purchase regularly from them.

William was incredibly helpful, and supportive in our purchase of a watch. He was patient, kind and adjusted the straps for two watches that we bought on the day and I would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a product from this store. We would shop here with him again.

Shannon, the assistant manager is absolutely brilliant and truly lives the values of exceptional customer service. Her "Yes, I can help" attitude makes her a real asset to the store. She recently went over and above to assist and I will not shop for jewellery anywhere else as that standard of customer service deserves reward. Well done Shannon !
