Ben and David were an absolute pleasure! They made the process of choosing the perfect engagement ring an exciting and memorable experience. They have so much passion for their product and take pride in their work. I know that there is no other I would choose for jewellery and diamonds going forward!

I recently broke my braclet, quiet devastated. Headed to Alexander Jewellers based on a recommendation for a repair, I didn't get the name of the man who served be however he generously repaired it at no cost. So thankful, appreciate it!

My engagement ring is still broken because of the way Ben cut into a cast ring to resize. This guy does NOT know jewellery nor how to handle it. I haven’t been able to fix it since and I’m devastated over this. We also entrusted him to make my wedding band which he made different to what I asked and then refused to negotiate a solution. Do not recommend to deal with this guy, he’s a good speaker but has no expertise.

From the moment we walked into Alexander jewellers, Ben made us feel welcome and was very helpful and informative. We had alot of questions about my fiances wedding ring and Ben went out of his way to show us examples and let my fiance try on rings till he found the perfect type for him. Pricing was reasonable and we didn't feel pressured or that we were 'just another number'. Ben gave us his mobile number so that while the ring was being made we could contact him with questions and ideas for the engraving, and he always replied with pictures and videos showing us the ring being made along the way, which was great! Wouldn't hesitate to come here again and recommend to all our friends also. Thanks Ben.

We visited Alexander Jewellers earlier in the year in hopes of finding our wedding bands. We had already been to probably 10+ other jewellers and just weren’t having any luck. I told Ben what I was looking for and he immediately was able to bring that vision to life! My wedding band was then custom made and it is PERFECT! I honestly couldn’t fault it. Ben also very patiently helped my partner pick the perfect band after trying on what felt like 100 different rings. I could not recommend Alexander Jewellers enough!!! Wonderful owners and just so fantastic to deal with.
