Officeworks Parafield

Never shopping here again, every store loves to plaster "Will beat any price by 5%", but every time you go in with a cheaper price, they have another excuse as to why they "can't". Business is business, if you're going to turn down a $2,500 AUD sale then that's your loss, keep a customer happy, make your still profitable sale and honour your offer. From this date onwards, I personally will never shop in another Officeworks. All their supplies are cheaper either online via Amazon or in big W anyway. Do not get fooled by their false advertising that allows them to pick and choose if they'll match or not. It's all exclusions, no exceptions.

Husband and I shopped at Officeworks Parafield. Didn't have what we were looking for on the shop floor, so asked for help from Craig. He located them for us after a search. Also Craig was very helpful in helping us to decide on a cordless mouse for our laptop, a wealth of information. We also needed to print a photo from my husband's old mobile. Wasn't sure how to do this so ask for help from Casper. He was very patient with us after a long time with then transferring photo my husband's mobile to mine. While taking the time to do this for us, Casper was very friendly, happy and engaging with us. The store at Parafield is brilliant, very big and stocked full of everything you need. A lot of staff on hand with help with any questions you might have. Thankyou once again to Craig & Casper.

I had multiple different pages/sizes to print out for our shop. Not only did she know what she was doing, she help explain everything step by step! Shout out too Jade! Go and seek her for an easy/friendly process at the print desk! Cheers

Great experience at Officeworks Parafield. I regularly buy office supplies here for my business. The store is well organised, staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s easy to find everything I need. Good range, reasonable prices, and reliable service every time.

Terrible service at the printing counter. Super unhelpful and just really rude. The male staff member completely disregarded me once I needed some help to transfer my creation and palmed me off to another staff member. He then burped once he turned his back super loudly. The female staff member attempted to assist after having to ask a couple of times. I had the template, my creation and all I needed was help to size them in the template. And that seemed to hard for both of them. This isn’t the first time it’s happened and this is the only officeworks that literally WILL NOT help at all. Being in customer service myself, I would go above and beyond to help a customer. Definitely not the case at Parafield!

I placed an order for printing poster at this branch and was initially told it would be ready in 24 hours. After placing my order, I was contacted the next day and told they were too busy and it would actually take 48 hours. This caused unnecessary stress, as if I had known the correct timing upfront, I would have gone to another branch instead. Luckily prospect branch staff were amazing and completed my order the same day. I will not be returning to the Parafield branch, even though it’s closer.

Very mixed review about our experience today. There was plenty of staff walking around without helping customers, they are renovating so understandable the ones who were moving stock, communication over the headsets with no responses for a click and collect had us waiting an excessive amount of time till we could get an answer if someone was collecting. Why have head sets if staff don’t respond ?
